Rooftop review roundup: If you love sushi and sunsets then ensure you make a reservation at Bebop. Set round and away from the hustle and bustle of the port this rooftop bar and restaurant is a Greek gem. I went the beginning of June and hadn’t made a reservation but was no problem – it didn’t fill up until after sunset. Which is wild considering that is the best time to be enjoying their sea views. Loved it – really helpful kind funny staff, sensational sushi, gorgeous cocktails and local wine – it was the perfect end to a hectic day.

Rooftop review roundup: Stunning setting and beautifully decked out, this rooftop bar tempted me first with its name – Voulez Vous, and it did not disappoint with the Greek vibes. Like many it doesn’t open until sunset, so in shoulder season, you can enjoy posing on this ravishing rooftop without much of an audience! The rose is spot on and cocktails crafted to perfection. An essential for your Naoussa nights.

Rooftop review roundup: I had booked this restaurant partly for the boujee beach club interior ambiance but mainly for their teeny rooftop restaurant. I had passed it in the day I arrived so popped in to check and was warmly greeted by Carlos, the manager. Sadly, as we went at the beginning of June, the season was just livening up and they weren’t opening it yet. He apologised and let me up to have a look and pose for some pics. He then promised me the best table by the harbour if I still came – which I did as it was a vibe and he honoured that promise with complimentary wine tooI So whilst the rooftop may not have been open, I am including it now as it was amazing service which would be the same above or below! The food was ok but it is the atmosphere, wine and banter I loved.

Rooftop review roundup: I was excited about dining at this rooftop restaurant with views over Naoussa. What I hadn’t realized from London was that the walk would be on main, unlit roads. Our hotel suggested walking through the town and up, but in hindsight, driving would have been a better option—and one I would now advocate! I almost gave up on the idea, but I’m so glad I didn’t. The rooftop was spectacular, offering a breathtaking sunset over the mountains and ocean. Despite some trucks and waste land below, it didn’t detract from the view. With limited seating, I was grateful I made a reservation as it filled up quickly. While the food was okay and not amazing, the venue, views, and wine more than made up for it. However, it might not be the best choice for die-hard foodies!

Rooftop review roundup: The cosiest cutest terrace for fine wines and cocktails at Koukos. This was my first evening in Paros and I was beyond excited, so much so I was enjoying the vibe, new friends we made on the terrace that my photo’s are not the best. But the owner is, she was a super star and recommended me the best local red wine. If wine tasting is your thing then this is a must for you – they know their wines! The terrace is small so get there early for a sofa spot!

Rooftop review roundup: If you thought Barbarossa was all about napkin parties and fabulous fish dishes then you are missing a treat with this little rooftop bar. Set opposite the famous restaurant with views over the harbour and backing onto Little Venice, it is reminiscent of Little Negritta in Mykonos; beautiful bougainvillea setting by day and party by night!

Rooftop review roundup: Home to the hotel’s Piperatto rooftop restaurant, it also serves as a bar and breakfast venue for guests, and makes delicious Coladas! I can’t comment on it as a restaurant as I came in the day to hydrate (I was staying on the same street) and I am not one to miss a rooftop opportunity! Finding the entrance was a bit tricky, navigating through the hotel, but I was rewarded with incredibly helpful staff and a shot of Mastiha!
