Rooftop review roundup: Gorgeous little rooftop with wow views of Malaga’s marina. I chose to stay here too so could have a little pit stop rooftop drink pre & post dinner on hand. I’m glad I was, as it gets busy – with private function one night and being full another. Happily as guests they always found room for us. It also makes for a perfect rooftop recovery hideaway after some serious shopping. Huge sun sofa beds await. There’s a very small plunge pool for guests only – perfect for an afternoon siesta but there’s a lack of food. Just pizza by day and sushi by night so pretty restrictive if wanted a day hanging. However the hotel was perfect location and great staff so I would recommend if you are wanting to stay and explore. Or just visit for a drink.

Rooftop review roundup: The prefect post lunch cocktail or as the name suggests sunset drinks over the marina. Very chill and cheap with sofas and a small bar – this is your perfect pit stop (as after the shopping below you’ll need refuelling!) technically unsure it qualifies as a rooftop but it’s on top of the marina so I’m counting it! Just rock up and choose your rooftop cocktail and enjoy the tunes and view.

Rooftop review roundup: Fabulous mountain & cathedral views. Very relaxed and reasonable, cute with a quirky vibe. Drinks were super rooftop reasonable. It’s one to just spontaneously try if passing unless of course you are a hotel guest.

Rooftop review roundup: Much like the Atlantis this isn’t technically a rooftop but it also is! So again I’m counting it! It has all the right rooftop ingredients: views, on top on a building and the cocktails are worth it for them alone. Fully recommend the ‘addicted to you’ cocktail.

Rooftop review roundup: A steep climb up from the city to the castle then divert to the right and you’ll find a hidden hotel with the best Malaga rooftop views. The actual rooftop is home to their stunning pool. (Though they have missed a trick with it not being an infinity one but still not too shabby!!) The ‘rooftop’ restaurant is actually located on the floor below so technically isn’t a rooftop BUT I’m making an exception for these views. You have to eat to enjoy the restaurant- they don’t allow just a drink but for one you can to slum it at the bar downstairs… with equal beautiful views. It’s a wonder why anyone actually goes to the castle with this place so close!

Rooftop review roundup: The rooftop pool commands the actual rooftop with the bar on the floor below (and one on the ground floor) Lively and good vibes. Definitely a fun Friday night place. Plus the pool wins as the only infinity rooftop pool I managed to visit even if it was at night! Also top tip on the 7th floor is a rooftop restaurant that is gluten free and with a beautiful bar on the ground floor this is hotel goals.

Rooftop review roundup: This might be my favourite Malaga rooftop for wow cathedral views. It’s a pool for guests by day but non guests are welcome up. Open from late afternoon in the week for the pubic and lunchtime on weekends, with live music Sunday early evenings. Get ready for great pictures and cocktails and relax on this rooftop.

Rooftop review roundup: This seemed to be THE rooftop to go to in the city. Well known and the highest rooftop bar in Malaga but because of that there’s an entry charge for non guests if you fancy a drink. I’m not sure it was worth it when this city has so many rooftop bars. However I would fully recommend the indoor restaurant on the same floor with a mountain backdrop and a magical romantic setting.
