Rooftop review roundup: Radio Rooftop bars are legendary with this hotel brand, and this one certainly lived up to the hype with its creative cocktails and sweeping sea views. The vibe is giving ME Ibiza, which is also tucked away from the party crowds. Expect chilled tunes, perfect for pre-dinner drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere.
Since it’s a bit of a walk along the beach from the town, the rooftop tends to attract mostly hotel guests, which, as I was staying there, was ideal. One thing to note: in the promotional photos, it looks like there’s a rooftop pool. There is a pool, but it’s exclusive to a suite, so guests won’t have access to it. The main hotel pool is on the ground floor — a bit of a let down, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the magic of watching the sunset from the rooftop in Sitges!

Rooftop review roundup: If you are looking to ‘kiss the sky’ while enjoying a dinner on high then this is the rooftop for you. Beautifully set this is rooftop dining with a view. I had intended to have a sunset dinner here but as I was visiting in the shoulder season it was way too early! Instead I enjoyed the tunes, views and cava by the pool. (The pool use is for guests). So if you are here in the summer then enjoy that sunset dinner you wont be disappointed by the setting.
