Rooftop review roundup: We nearly stayed at this hotel as the views are so stunning but in the winter it’s only open at night. But even at night the city looked incredible. The bar is completely covered but there is a tiny balcony you can stand outside on. In the summer the whole thing is open air which would make it one of the most spectacular summer rooftop destinations for the uber cool!
