Londoners this is not a drill. There’s a new rooftop bar in London and it has an infinity pool! Yes you read right – a rooftop pool that isn’t confined to a private members club! Ready for summer Joia is set to be the jewel in South London’s rooftop bar crown!

Based at the newly renovated Battersea Power Station, it’s a welcomed addition to London’s rooftop family, which at last count was at 136! Click here for them!

The summer terrace decking creates a vacation like atmosphere. Self described as ‘bringing the spirit of Lisbon to the London skyline’, I’d concur – reminds me a lot of Lux Lisboa hotel in Lisbon and their gorgeous rooftop.

There’s weekend DJs that mix chill out tunes whilst you sip your bubbles or maybe you prefer your bubbles in or by water!

Yes, there’s an incredible insta worthy infinity pool – for those that choose to spend a night here. Like many of the rooftop pools round the world – it’s based on top of a hotel, in this case the Art’Otel hotel. You can literally roll out of bed to the rooftop! #rooftopgoals

It also boasts an indoor restaurant and bar on the floor below where Michelin-Starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa has designed an insane Iberian inspired menu. But I am all about alfresco dining where you can enjoy some of his small plates on the rooftop. With distant views over London with a relaxed ,yet attentive service it made for a great rooftop experience.

Like everywhere now it’s not a cheap but this is the best boujee rooffop offering Battersea has had in a long time! So welcome Joia – meaning jewel – I hope you shine bright!
